Refunds

If Heytora is not right for you, you can have your money back. This is how it works.

These policies describe how Heytora works today. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and they will be updated before paid plans open. Material changes will always be dated below.

14-day refunds

If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you will get that payment back in full, as long as you have used less than a fifth of your plan's monthly allowance of tasks since that payment. No need to explain why.

The limit is there so a month of heavy use cannot be refunded once the work is done. If you have used more than that, you can still cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.

How to ask

Write to support@agentora.co.za from the email address on your account, or use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After 14 days, a payment is not refunded, except where the law requires it or something went wrong on our side.

When something goes wrong

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or could not use Heytora because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will put it right, whenever it happened.

Your rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law; it does not take any away. Where the law where you live gives you more, such as a statutory cooling-off period, that applies.
